I am an applied behavioral researcher with a strong emphasis on understanding the experiences and needs of diverse groups, in order to contribute to addressing the problems they face. I received my Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Guelph, where I have honed my skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, as well as acquired solid knowledge in program evaluation and the development of social psychological interventions.

With over six years of research experience, I have led and conducted research exploring a wide range of social psychological issues with participants from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my professional and academic endeavours, I have actively collaborated with various community and academic stakeholders. This collaborative experience has strengthened my ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating diverse perspectives into the research process and ensuring the development of inclusive solutions. As a passionate cross-cultural researcher, I wholeheartedly advocate for the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion to promote understanding and appreciation of unique perspectives, and to create harmonious communities.
